During the years of technological progress our people have worked with e-beam, laser write, and optical manufacturing of photomasks. About Our Company

HTA was established in 1982 as a supplier of extremely high resolution (sub-micron imagery) mask reprints. We expanded our operations early in our growth to become a full service manufacturer of photomasks. HTA excels in the ability to offer custom engineering solutions to extraordinary photomask requirements.

HTA's photomask business now includes a wide range of photoimaged products such as precision scales, resolution targets and microdetectors, to name a few. The size of substrates we can image upon ranges from less than 0.25 inch to over 13 inches.

A growing list of products which incorporate HTA-made devices includes the photomasks for semiconductors, thin-film and microwave circuits, biomedical and analytical devices, optical scales, flat-panel displays (FPD's), lead frames, microscope reticles, sensors, and micromachined parts and other photo-sciences.

HTA routinely produces images on chromium, iron oxide, aluminum, and other common hard-surface mask coatings. In addition, we have expertise in imaging on photographic emulsion, for those customers who have processes that are emulsion-compatible.

HTA has the expertise and resources to manufacture a finished product by several different methods - e.g. step and repeat imaging, pattern generation, camera reduction and contact printing. Our reputation has been built on delivering high quality at the lowest cost. E-beam technology - and expense - is not always necessary when pattern generation will do the job.

New at HTA Photomask

To expand it's capabilities, HTA Photomask has recently acquired an extremely high resolution Mask and Wafer Step & Repeat system.

12-15-14 HTA acquires a new Heidelberg Laser writer that can pattern down to .8 micron patterns. This Pattern Generator can write random patterns of any shape within an 8" area on a 9" plate. The image placement accuracy is at 50nm.

HTA will have the ability to make all sizes and standard thickness of masks on this system. 9x9x.120 bump masks will be a perfect fit for this equipment.

HTA has added the services to cut and drill glass components to customer specifications.

HTA has developed a unique process to produce enhanced Reflectivity on its aluminum optical parts.
